How long does it take for my order to arrive?
Answer: We endeavour to ship your order within 2 working days. We ship with Express Post.
It can take up to 5 working days for your order to be delivered by Australia Post depending on where you live. Please keep
this in mind when ordering
Question: When
do I contact Hooks Online about my order?
Answer: If you have not recieved your order within 5 working days from recieving a tracking
number and are having no joy with Australia post please contact us then so we can lodge an investigation with Australia Post.
Question: Are your hooks real Owner hooks?
Answer: Yes all our of our hooks and are genuine Owner products made in
Japan
Question: Do you buy bulk and package the hooks yourself
Answer: No we dont repack our hooks. We purchase genuine Owner hooks in their
original packaging
Question: Whats wrong with your hooks for them to be so cheap?
Answer: Nothing is wrong with these hooks. Due to us
being a online store we have lower overheads so we pass on the savings to you.
Question: Why do you
charge $10 for postage and handling?
Answer: We
charge a flat fee of $10 postage and handling for any order under $150 within Australia. We ship your order
by Express Post with tracking. This protects both Hooks Online and yourself
Question: Do you ship
Overseas?
Answer: Yes Hooks Online does ship to
countries other than Australia. We do have to charge extra as postage is considerably higher than the domestic rate.
Question: How do I know it costs more to ship overseas?
Answer: We charge you only the extra it costs us to ship your goods to you. Here

Question: How much does the average order weigh?
Answer: Generally most orders around the $100 to $150 mark weigh just under 500
grams. This can change if you purchase jig heads and large trebles
Question: Can you get other styles of Owner hooks not displayed on your site?
Answer: Yes Hooks Online Can order styles that we do not
carry. If that type of hook is not a line we normally carry the minimum order would be for 10 packets. Please send any queries
