prices without notice. If a product has been mispriced (eg $18.00 instead of $81.00 ) Hooks Online has the right to refund
your money or ask you to pay the correct amount for that product)
Hooks Online is not responsible
for any lost packages. If you wish to insure the package please let us know at time of purchase and we can advise the cost.
Hooks Online Return and Exchange Policy
Hooks
Online will consider any reasonable reason for exchanging product within 7 days of receiving your order. Changing your
mind is not a reasonable reason. Please contact customer service to inquire. sales@hooksonline.com.au
Hooks Online will gladly refund an order up to the original price or replace faulty items in accordance with the
following processes for all online purchases.
You must notify Hooks Online of the fault within 7 days of receiving the items
Do
not return the items unless you are instructed by Hooks Online customer
service to do so.
You must provide "proof of purchase",
being either an invoice, bank statement, or email confirmation from Hooks Online.
Refunds can only be credited back to the PayPal account that was being used to make
the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon
as the items have been returned and inspected by Hooks Online.
Hooks Online will
not refund items damaged due to typical wear and tear. Only damage and fault due to manufacturing will be considered.
Hooks
Online will need you to pay the return post to us. This will be refunded should your return request be accepted.
